Should Arms be ported for the Nintendo 3DS?

As of right now Arms is one of the most popular fighting titles for the Nintendo Switch.  Since its release back in June of 2017 the game had managed to sell over 100,000 worldwide within its first which was nothing short of impressive.  However, if the game was released for the 3DS some might argue that the game would not have done as well in terms of sales.

If Nintendo decided to release Arms do the Nintendo 3DS XL right now it could potentially turn people away from purchasing the game on the Nintendo Switch.  Makings game like Arms an exclusive title for the Nintendo Switch is one of the few things that makes the game itself appealing. If Arms wasn’t an exclusive title for the Nintendo Switch it would probably would not sold as much as it did since its release.

Would Pokémon games ever work on the PlayStation Vita?

When it comes down to Pokémon games many people believe that handheld Nintendo based consoles such as the Game Boy Advance, Nintendo DS and  Nintendo 3DS has produced some of the games in the series that we have ever seen.  In terms of sales Pokémon is quite possibly the best handheld video game series that the world has ever seen.

If Pokémon was released for game systems such as the PSP or the PlayStation Vita the set might not be as popular.  For the most part Nintendo specializes in having family friendly titles for their game consoles.  The Pokémon series for the most part has been family friendly and has made a profit on handheld based Nintendo consoles since the mid 90’s.  After seeing Pokémon on handheld Nintendo based consoles for almost two decades it would be hard to imagine the series on anything else.

Should Super Bomberman R have been released on multiple game consoles?

Despite, the fact that Super Bomberman R was well received by most critics there are some who believe that Super Bomberman R should have been ported for more game consoles other than the Nintendo Switch. When Super Bomberman R was first released back in March 2017 the game had reportedly sold over 127,000 units within its first week on the Nintendo Switch.

There is a good chance that Super Bomberman R could have done much better in terms of sales if it was ported for multiple game consoles other than the Nintendo Switch.  However, considering the fact that maze genre of gaming is not as popular as it use to be Super Bomberman R could have easily tanked on game consoles such as the PS4 and the Xbox One.  The Bomberman series started of one the NES back in the early 80’s and was mainly popular on Nintendo based console since then.  If anything making Super Bomberman R an exclusive title for the Nintendo Switch was one of the things that revived the interest that retro gamers had in the series.

Should Sonic Mania be released for the PlayStation Vita?

Since its release many fans and critics have been impressed by Sonic Mania which has been ported for the Nintendo Switch, Xbox One and PlayStation 4.  Even though, having Sonic Mania on home based consoles is a good thing some have wondered why the game was never released for handheld consoles like the PlayStation Vita.

Even though, the PlayStation Vita pales in terms of popularity in comparison to the Nintendo 3DS it would be nice to see the new Sonic title on a portable gaming device other than the hybrid Nintendo Switch console.  If Sonic Mania was released for the PlayStation Vita it would definitely sell much less in comparison to the PS4, Xbox One or even the Nintendo Switch.

Should Dissidia Final Fantasy NT be ported for other game consoles?

As many people have recently heard Dissidia Final Fantasy NT is expected to be released exclusively for the PlayStation 4 on January 30th in 2018.  The fact that Dissidia Final Fantasy NT Is going to be a PlayStation 4 exclusive is something that many people are looking forward to.  However, some are questioning whether or not Dissidia Final Fantasy NT should be ported for any other game console such as the Nintendo Switch or Xbox One.

When the first Final Fantasy was released back in 2008 it was exclusively for the PSP.  Since its release Final Fantasy Dissidia had managed to sell over 2 million units worldwide making it one of the most successful fighting games that Square Enix has ever produced on the PSP.  Making titles like and Final Fantasy Dissidia and Dissidia Final Fantasy NT exclusive for PlayStation based consoles was probably one of the reasons why the first game was a success to begin with.  Making Dissidia Final Fantasy NT available available for multiple game consoles probably would not be a good idea in the long.

Should Bloodstained Ritual of the Night be ported for the Nintendo 3DS?

There are so many upcoming titles that people are waiting to release for various game consoles including the Nintendo Switch in 2018.  Bloodstained Ritual of the Night is probably one of the main video games that Switch owners are looking forward too right.  As we know the 2.5D action adventure game will be featured for consoles such as the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PlayStation Vita and the Nintendo Switch.

What is surprising about Bloodstained Ritual of the Night is that the game was never announced for the Nintendo 3DS.  As a handheld gaming system the Nintendo 3DS is more popular than the PlayStation Vita. However, since the Nintendo Switch is considered to be a hybrid console there is probably no need to have Bloodstained Ritual of the Night ported for the Nintendo 3DS.

Would Splatoon 2 have worked on any other game console?

There is no question at all that Splatoon 2 is one of the most popular shooters that we have seen for the Nintendo Switch.  When Splatoon 2 was first released on July 21st the game had managed to sell over 670,000 units within 72 hours of its release.  Even though, the shooter genre is very popular right now in the gaming world it would be hard to tell whether or not the game would have done as well on consoles such as the PS4 or the Xbox One.
Since Splatoon 2 is a more family friendly video game it could have easily have been overshadowed by various shooter titles such as Gears of War 4, Halo 5, Overwatch, etc.  As far as the online multiplayer mode is concerned Splatoon 2 would have been perfect for the PS4 or the Xbox One.
