At this point it would be safe to say that Forza is quite possibly the best racing series to be featured on Xbox consoles as of right now. But when it comes down to racing titles for the Xbox consoles we have seen so many cool games over the past decade including Project Gotham, Race Driver:Grid, Forza Horizon and Burnout Paradise. When it comes down to the Forza series most of the games had looked impressive on consoles such as Xbox 360 and the Xbox One. When it comes down to the Forza Motorsport series some people would look at the game like its Microsoft’s version of Gran Turismo. When it comes down to sales on an international level the results are generally impressive considering the fact that numbers exceed one million units worldwide following the release of each game. In terms of which game in the Forza Motorsport series was the overall best is usually debatable but some people are inclined to agree that the second third and fourth game were fantastic.
While Forza Motorsport II, III and IV were great games they also did the best in terms of worldwide sales. Forza Motorsport III which was released back in 2009 had sold over 5 million units worldwide since its release. Even though, the sales for Forza Motorsport III pales in comparison to Gran Turismo 5 which has sold over 10 million units worldwide in 2010 it was still highly regarded as an impressive title. Since the start of the Forza Motorsport series as a whole back in the mid 00’s it had managed to earn over one billion dollars in retail while selling at least ten million copies in games overall. While competition among different games in the racing genre makes things interesting many would probably agree that the Forza series is the best thing going for the Xbox One and the Xbox 360 right now in terms of the racing genre. Also, while many people are enjoying Forza Motorsport 6 many people are anticipating the release for a potential sequel quite possibly for the Xbox Scorpio in the future.
